The model of the Augsta Victoria was first published in 1997. As we only had a plan of the decks and a side view reconstruction of the hull was somewhat complicated. In addition to that development of papermodels was very different back in those days and some minor mistakes in a model didn't matter. But HMV today has a different standard and we have redesigned the Augusta for this second edition. Next to some minor corrections like references and faulty instructions we have done some new exhausts and life boats for this model. While the exhausts of the first edition look a bit to the sky those in the new edition have the correct form. We brought the life boats to todays HMV standard. This model will now be even more fun than the famous first edition.
