Returns & Exchanges

At fentens papermodels we value our customers satisfaction. If you purchase from us we give you a 14 day period from the time you receive the goods to refund the product without questions asked on these conditions:

• You must email us within the 14 days that you want to exchange or return the product. If you want to exchange it would be helpful if you let us know the reasons so we can resolve the problems to your satisfaction.
• Goods must be returned in mint condition with postage paid.
• We will credit your account on receipt of the goods in good condition. Attention to packaging is important.

Our refund policy does not apply to goods that show wear and tear or were damaged after delivery. The products have to be returned in their original condition and postage and insturance have to be paid by you. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. We will not be accountable for lost or damaged parcels if you choose not to insure.
