Delivery
After you have placed your order at fentens papermodels Australia you will get a confirmation email. As soon as the payment is processed your order is ready for being packed and shipped. You will get a notification once the order is shipped.
Stock
It is our policy to offer only items which we have in stock. So what you see on our website usually is waiting for your order on our shelves. But even though we're as accurate as possible with our stock it might happen that an item is not where it is supposed to be. In this rare case we will contact you immediately and either reimburse you or if you want you can wait for the item to arrive at our warehouse.
Shipping time and costs
We usually ship the next business day after we receive the payment. Sometimes even on the same day. We ship with Australia Post and you can choose between regular parcel and express delivery. As we have no influence on Australia Post we can't guarantee a specific date of arrival. Regular parcels take between 2 and 8 days depending on your location in Australia and New Zealand. Express parcels arrive at most destination the next business day. In remote destinations it might take 2 days. We don't charge for packaging but only for the rates Australia Post charges us. You can easily get an estimate for shipping costs for your desired items in your shopping cart.
